The Four Winns company has been pretty stable.
There former parent company, GENMAR, are the ones that had financial difficulties.
Four Winns is now owned by Platinum Equity/Project Boat Holdings. Based on all the reports this new owner is dedicated to keeping Four Winns alive and healthy. Plantinum also bought several other Genmar brands and has moved Welcraft and Glastron to the Four Winns facility in Cadillac, MI.
