Four Winns Horizon Engine Access

Hello all! Newbie here!

I have a 1995 Four Winns Horizon 200 with a OMC 5.0FL (502ACPMDA) and Cobra SX outdrive (3868065).

I purchased the boat last season and would like to change the impeller and drive belts. Is there a way to remove the lower portion around the engine to provide easier access to the engine? If so how?

The engine is very close to the sound reduction foam which makes access very difficult.
