Just got my engine hooked back up. Motor is a 1978 140hp chrysler. My kingpin froze and I couldn't turn the motor. With help from the forum I removed my powerhead and swapped it onto a good middle section. Resealed my lower unit and replaced all the seals in the tilt/trim. I stripped the paint, sanded and primed/painted it. Wish I took more before photos though! Here are a few during and after.
