Fresh water pump stopped working

The water pump for my fresh water tank stopped working. It will not build pressure and it feels hot on the top. Its a Jabsco 31395-0092. Any ideas or tricks to get it working again?

Step 1, make shure the filter before the pump is clean. Step 2, does it run/sound normal?
