Freshwater Flush in San Diego Bay?

I've been checking the various boat ramps in Mission and San Diego Bay for a freshwater flushing station, but I've had no luck in finding one. Does anyone know where I can flush out my outboard shortly after being in either bay?

how far is till you get home? so you can flush.

I'm about 15-20 minutes away... I'm just not to sure that 20 minutes with salt in my motor is good!
