Quotes from Clinton buddy David Geffen:

Everyone in politics lies, the Clintons just do it with such ease.

She is overproduced and overscripted.

a reckless guy" who "gave his enemies a lot of ammunition to hurt him and to distract the country."

Did Mr. Spielberg get in trouble with the Clintons for helping Senator Obama? "Yes," Mr. Geffen replies, slyly. Can Obambi stand up to Clinton Inc.? "I hope so," he says, "because that machine is going to be very unpleasant and unattractive and effective."

As this is a report published in the New York Times by that ever balance Maureen Dowd. Perhaps Haut or Tree can produce the actual quotes. As important as this story is, the Times is hiding it behind the wall of subscription.

Oh its gunna be fun........

So for this is what I’ve dug up, still diggin.

http://www.latimes.com/entertainmen...9jan19,1,1546762.story?coll=la-celebrity-news

<<David Geffen has already declared for Obama, and many other Hollywood power brokers, who are not ready to go public yet, are making it known in private that they are in the ABH (Anyone But Hillary) camp," Huffington wrote recently in a Los Angeles Times column.>>

<< meanwhile, Geffen told a crowd in New York that he wouldn't support Hillary Clinton if she decided to run for president. "She can't win, and she's an incredibly polarizing figure," Geffen told an audience gathered for a Q&A at New York's 92nd Street Y. "And ambition is just not a good enough reason.">>

Don’t you guys get to smug, it just hasn’t started yet in the Republican party.Wait until Giuliani talks about McCain's flip-flopping, and senility, and Romney talks about Guiliani marrying his cousin and having trysts in the Gracie Mansion while his wife was battling cancer, and McCain criticizes Romney for having two faces on same-sex marriage and abortion, and Sam Brownback accuses all of them of being atheist . And we haven't even tossed nuts like Gingrich and Tancredo into the mix yet. The Dem squabbles will look like a peace rally.8)

Come onTree, think about it, a clinton, and a female clinton at that, the waiting endured, and a window closing. Hillary will drag down half of Washington to get her way, and now is her only time. The funny thing is the beltway crowd is still propping her up, but the Holliwierd whack jobs have given her the black spot.

She's toast and doesn't even know it. Follow the money, find your candidate.

It's all about "feeling" and those feelings being hurt.

Geffen knows the Clintons, and is speaking only from experience... the reaction from Hill is instructive to say the least. :p

I wonder if the theft of those personal files during the Clinton adminstration might come in handy shortly. And who knows what Sandy Burgler stuck down his pants in the name of Bill Clinton. If Hillary doesn't get the nomination, nobody in the democratic party will be safe. This is going to be a blast. I wonder if Hillary is going to claim to be Jewish again?

Any port in a storm!.....
However, I do enjoy it to no end to see the Rehubs. clamor to a Hollywood figure whom they would under normal circumstances dismiss as a kook......
Unless they feel his 'sour grapes' statements somehow bolster or justify their particular view/positions....
Geffen is stringing up the rope for Obama's lynching, Imho......
He's pissed 'cuz he couldn't buy her, so he's gonna buy what he can afford.....
When Hillary turns hard astarboard & brings her main guns to bear....
It will be like the "MightyMo" vs a Bayliner.....
Obama better have a life jacket & some shark repellant, fo' sho'..........;)

Good Lord you are funny my Bro!! (sorry about the "Lord" part, but I was excited n' all). I personally think Mr. Geffen stated the OBVIOUS. I don't care where words o' wisdom come from, many many times on iboats they come from you: my Bro!! I do think Crunch is right to be amazed about ol' Hills' reply where she wants Bamma to appologize for Geffen's spot on statement, (GOOD LORD), sorry again can't help myself.8) I luv it when Libs demonstrate their total lack o' logic n' an over abundence of emotions. Hope your right about ol' Hill's firepower, (n' I think you are me Bro). BLAST 'em Hill!! THIS IS: Great Sport!! 8)8)8)8)8) JR

I'm not sure why we care at all about what the hollywood types think. Just because they have money? they certainly cannot be looked to as a moral compass.

How can we beleive what they say when they cannot get their own lives together.

I will say that the few republican supporting hollywood types have more conventional personal lives, minus Mel, I still don't know why I care about their political views.

I completely agree with rogerwa in general about stars etc. However, this is way too much fun, and it's free 8)

This story was front page LA Times this morning . . .
