how hard should it be to pull start a 115 evinrude? My buddys' engine will not turn over. We put 3 different batteries on it, only thing that happens is the starter engages, but will not start. I tried to pull start it, and the flywheel will not turn. Could this be an indication that the engine is froze? Or is this engine just hard to turn over? I have no idea what the year is.
