this is my third one ive built the other two started and ran great
it is not getting gas pumps from other motor ran well,
all new lines no fuel leaks hard bulb .but my primer sel is not pumping its new and was working fine vacum lines to pump are new and sealed good comp good spark can spray premix in and it will fire for a second ,
but i noticed my lower right exhaust bypass is leaking past gasket bad
could this cause fuel pump and selinoid prob carbs are fresh double checked
didnt pull lower jet to see if bowl is filling after i saw bypass cover leaking
basicaly can that leaking by pass cover effect my fuel pump and sel
