1990 evinrude vro 40 hp
pulse limiter hooked in the hose that runs the vro pump. does check valve in it allow crank case pressure in one direction only or does it allow partial restriction in opposite direction ?engine surges at all speeds and shuts down .restart after priming .could check valve be the problem?
