Hi everyone I am looking for some help.
I bought a 89 starcraft that needed a motor. The only thing I could find in a motor was a non mec fuel pump one so I bought it a converted the system over to electric.
The issue I an having is that I can not always draw fuel out of the tank (under deck) I just changed the anti siphin fitting thinking that was it but no still will not draw I have a carter fuel pump and it draws 9lbs.I took every thing a part and blow into the pick up tube and the fuel began to flow is there a was to take the pick up tube out of the tank and clean the screen if in fact that is the prob?? If I can get that out I will replace it and try to clean the tank also hoping that will fix the prob.wife and kids really didn't like being stuck on the water for two hours and really don't want this to happen again.
Any Ideas or help would be great..
