Fuel Additives For Winterizing

What is everyone adding to their fuel when winterizing?
Store-N-Start, MDR E-Zorb, Stabil, etc..??
I've read several articles and they all mention different methods of conditioning fuel for the winter. Not sure if it matters, but the motor in question is a 2 stroke.

Stabil and SeaFoam are the two most popular in this neck of the woods. Add it to the fuel tank, run the engine until you are sure the treated fuel has reached the carbs. Fog the engine, change the lower unit lub and you're done.

Nick, In addition to Slivertip's advise, pump some marine grease into the zercs(motor and trailer), make sure the motor is in a verticle positon, and spray some anti corrosion "stuff" on the engine block. Also, disconnect the battery.

SeaFoam is 20% Naptha 20% Isopropyl Alcohol and 60% pale oil(mineral oil).

You are better off going to Home Depot and buying a gallon of each there. You wil lhave a lifetime supply and can clean your paint brushes too!

The only problem with that bruce, is that it won't be in a convenient to use aerosol can.

20% Isopropyl Alcohol

That would be straight I/A, not the stuff in the bottles at the store that also contain water. Need Pharmaceutical I/A, and that would be purchased at a Pharmacy

Agreed...the alcohol at Home Depot is actually denatured alcohol which is ethanol. Isopropyl would be found at the pharmacy. It is the Isopropyl alcohol which does the "drying" of the gasoline.
