Fuel coming out of top Carb

When I pump the Fuel Balb Fuel comes out of the top Carb PLUS Runs bad and Stalls runs Boogs down and Dies. Any Ideas what might be WRONG????

The float is stuck and the carbs need rebuilt.

Motor info will help.

Sounds like you need to clean the carbs. Could be a stuck float, bad gasket...I'd pull the carbs, clean them, and rebuild them.
