Does the Fuel Connector on the motor cover have a check valve? When I unplug my fuel line from the motor, some fuel comes out this line. Not a lot but at least what's in the line between the connector and the fuel pump.

If there is a check valve, and it is not working, will there be any issues while the motor is running?

There is no check valve and yes, fuel will dribble out when you disconnect it. If it really bothers you, you can buy a new fitting, which does have a check valve built in.

OR, if it bothers you, but not enough to spend that kind of money on it, stick a rag under it. "Dispose of the rag in accordance with local and state laws", and all that bs.

Doesn't bother me so much as my coupling on the fuel line is a bit loose and perhaps I am getting an air leak there.

Will replace the fuel line coupling and was wondering if I should replace the motor cover coupling as well. Since it is okay to dribble (after all we all end up with that problem when we get older) a little bit, I'll let that go.
Thanks for the reply sir.
