I HAVE A 19' BAYLINER WITH A 125 HP FORCE ENGINE. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS AS TO WHAT KIND OF FUEL CONSUMPTION I SHOULD BE GETTING?. UNFORTUNATELY A LOT OF MY BOATING LATELY IS AT SLOW SPEED. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS AS TO HOW I MEANT IMPROVE THE GAS MILAGE SITUATION?<br /> THANKS

The rule of thumb is 1 gallon per hr for every 10 hp at WOT. The boat only affects the speed hence mpg that you get. If you top out at 45 mph, and burn 12.5 gph, you will get about 45/12.5 = 3.5 mpg or so.

Might be able to lean out the idle mixtures some but that might lead to hard cold starting. Also the best of tune, and according to what is suggested around here a decarb/tune up in a can wouldn't hurt either.
