The weather has been pretty warm here the last couple of days. I noticed a strong gasoline odor in the garage last night. I towed the boat and trailer for about an hour to the lake today and when I got there I saw gasoline dripping from the front of the motor. I still had the motor tilted up on the transom saver and evidently the pressure that had built up in the fuel tank was feeding fuel to the carburetor. After we loaded up for the trip home I tried to disconnect the fuel line from the motor. I couldn't get the connector off until I got home and used tools on it. Do you think a new connector would be easier to remove or do I have to change out the part on the motor that it connects to?
