I have a 78 Ski Nautique with Pleasure Craft Marine GT-40, PCM 5.8 HO with continuous injector clogs. Clean injectors, boat runs great for 15 gallons then stops up again. Clean the injectors and same process. Any answers?

Welcome to Iboats!

Sounds like you need to check whats inside your fuel tank. If there is lots of junk, it needs to be cleaned out.

Fuel injectors are very sensitive to even small particles of crap in the fuel.
Does the boat have an in-line fuel filter? If it does, it sounds like it needs to be cleaned or replaced. If it doesn't have anything for a filter, than you need to install one.

Check the inside of your fuel rail for rust. Very common with the new fuel and since it is post filter it will clog your injectors.

If you don't have a 10 micron water seperating fuel filter installed, and change the filter at least yearly, and don't check the contents of the old filter when you replace it the problem will repeat. No matter what you do to the injectors or the fuel system to get it cleaned out and working again, the same thing is going to happen again and again without that filter.
