Yep. It's new but I still opened it up and checked it. I only start to feel significant restriction on the primer bulb when the fuel line is connected to the carbs. Otherwise I can easily squeeze the bulb and have plenty of volume.

Do you still have the original factory fuel lines under the cowling? The originals lines are not made to handle ethanol fuels. They will break down the bits of debris can clog other downstream components, like the jets, fuel pump, etc. If you order original part number replacements they will be ethanol resistant.

No, they have all been replaced. I did pull the carbs this evening, again. I found a small piece of plastic under one of the seats. Very small but enough to cause dome restriction in one carb. Must have been in the system somewhere. It was hard plastin like maybe from the old pump. Wondering if this was enough to cause my problem. Gonna try and run it this wknd.

I think you'd be suprised how any small bit of debris can affect engine operation, esp when carb orfices are concerned. That's a good catch on your part-to find that problem. You may have averted a lean-running condition!

Well that seemed to have done it. It wasn't there the last time I pulled the carbs apart. A very small piece of plastic under the seat in one carb. It must have been from the old pump. It ran good today. Aost a whole tank without a hitch. Thanks to all of you who helped out. Your help is much appreciated.
