Fuel Leak From Front of carburetor

Motor Johnson 28 hp; Model J2BESLESM; S/N R08614422<br />Fuel drips slowly out front of carburetor when motor is not running. Motor appears to run normal in running mode. Disconnect fuel line overnight and no leakage due ot no fuel available to leak. Anyone have any answers

Sounds like your float valve is not sealing right.<br /> Get yourself a ser. manual at NAPA,iboats.com,amazon.com or do some research at the library.Rebuild your carb. NAPA lists carb.<br />kits for 28 E/J motors.<br /> Good luck.
