I have a 2004 Mercury 25HP 2 stroke. Its leaking from the weep hole as seen here:

What is the piece the fuel is leaking from? Do I need to rebuild the whole carb. The motor runs fine otherwise. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA.

That is the accelerator pump that is leaking you need a new accelerator pump diagram and a new plastic button that you are pressing in the video they usually come in 1 order

mercury usually uses an electric enricher valve and when you push in the key this enricher valve squirts a small amount of fuel into the crankshaft chamber after the carburetors for the cold starting but your engine might been set up differently but the part that Is leaking is an accelerator pump it also provides a small amount of fuel in the 2+2 motors 100 115 and 125 4 cylinder motors for starting the 2 bottom cylinders after the motor has accelerated between 1800 to 2200 RPM because your motor is a 25hp engine the starting enricher or choke as everyone refers to it could be set up differently but the part that you are referring to in the video is called an accelerator pump

It is the PRIMER VALVE on a 25 hp. The OP has a 25 hp motor not a 4 cylinder. Has nothing at all to do with the throttle on a 25 hp.
