i need advise for adjust fuel level in carbs,i dont know what level range is good?, i have 130 hp,2000 year bj130plss johnson engine

with the float bowl removed, hold the carb body upside down and level - bend the the float arm ever so slightly, such that the float is perfectly level & parallel with the carb body. That's all there is to it.
And after you've adjusted the float, continue to hold the carb body upside down and blow into the fuel inlet. If air passes, the needle and seat are not functioning and you just saved yourself some additional work.
