Fuel Line Assembly

I Just purchased a Mercury Xr6 2001 (1st X buyer), and bought a fuel line kit. The kit that was recommended has the primer bulb inboard next the fuel tank, instead of outboard next to the engine. Will this be any problem in the peformance.

No, That is a standard configuration. Make sure the arrow on the primer bulb is facing the motor, so the fuel flows in the correct direction.
