Maybe my question wasn't clear enough. Look at the attached picture. As it is now, fuel line #8 goes to the tank connector. According to the manual, fuel line #8 is supposed to go to the carb. I believe that fuel line #9 goes to the carb and the manual is wrong.
I understood you, but I was the one that wasn't clear. You are correct, #8 is the line that goes to the connector that goes to the fuel tank. #9 goes from the fuel pump to the carb, and #11 goes from the pump to the crankcase
