fuel line

I have a late 60's 65hp merc 4cyl on a 16' runabout. I have two 6gal fuel tanks with 5/16 fuel line. Is this the proper size fuel line? The tanks are plumbed thru a tee, to the bulb, to the motor. Thanx, Mike

That should serve your motor fine. You might want to place an inline fuel filter in it someplace, id you haven't allready.
