fuel managemet sender install

Any Good Ideas ????? In the process of installing fuel mgmt senders on 1989 v6 yamahas,seperators and filters are mounted on transom in partial wet area is it possible to mount senders inside motor cowl attached to engine block and route harness with engine harness .wondering if heat fom motor or anything else would affect operation.

What type/ manufacturer fuel mangt. system do you have. I have a Navman. I can help you with install if that's what you have. Don

its a vamaha fuel management dual setup

try to use straight fittings and dont make the sensors the highest point in the fuel system. use quality stainless steel clamps and robust hose to prevent kinking. a fuel system wot vacuum test is very important after the install.
