i have a 62 johnson super seahorse 40 hp. and i need to know what to mixture ratio should be? thanks for the help

I have a 95 Johnson 40 hp and I run 40:1

will the age difference mean anything? i don't to use to much or too little oil.

All OMC engines made before 1964 should run a 24:1 mix.

1 quart TC-W3 outboard oil to 6 gallons 87 octane regular.

All OMC engines made after 1963 should run 50:1, 1 pint per 6 gallons.
