Scrolling through the service manual, I'm seeing 39 psi (+ or - 3 psi) during cranking and 31 psi (+ or - 3 psi) during idle at the fuel rail test point.

Note: This is a Volvo service manual, and although you may have an OMC engine/drive, it is a dual partnership OMC/Vovlo SX. Parts, specs, service manuals, etc. are all applicable and identical with the Vovlo SX. Just in case you weren't aware.
Here is a link to the OMC Service Manual for your motor. I'd definitely use this above any other one. It's a large .pdf file, almost 45 mb. Takes a few minutes to open, but then you can save it to your pc/phone/tablet, etc.
