I was cruising at max throttle when it was like the captain bellowed ALL STOP! The 115 outboard made not a sound as it went completely dead in the water. I stepped to the rear of the boat to check my fuel line and there was such a hard vaccum on the squeeze bulb it was pancaked. Any common known causes and solutions would be appreciated. thank you
