I really have no idea as to the pressure I was going to rebuild it because of the surging problem I am having at WOT although intermittently sometimes it runs fine others I have to shut the motor off or pump the primer bulb then it will run fine again. I know if that is the pump that was on it when the VRO went out it is at least 13 years since it was rebuilt or replaced

Read the topic in the "Top Secret Files" and run a search for VRO removal and read up on what is involved in removing the VRO and see if it's something you want to tackle.

I read the VRO removal thread and have a question. It says "plug the pulse line under the carb." Was this supposed to say into the carb because if not I'm confused?
