Update, just got the boat back after 3 1/2 wks at the marina. It had a lot of different little issues, carb, spark plugs, ignition switch, distributor cap, and adj. the values. Like I mentioned we had just got hte boats so we didn't know where mechanically it stood. Now it runs great :) BUT took it out this weekend and broke the stove top. We want to change it out to propane, it was electric and didn't work well with the generator. Does anyone know where I can buy a propane stove top for this boat? 1987 Sea Ray 23' weekender. Thanks

Also check screen on fuel line inside the tank. If you have any sludge in the tank it will clog the screen when running. That's why a trial run with a aux tank will help you eliminate the fuel supply.
