I've been having wot troubles lately, and after draining and cleaning the fuel tank out ( debris), the problem is better, but still there. I inspected the diaphram in my pump when I cleaned the load of dirt out of the screen, and although there are no tears or holes, the shape of it looked stretched out, like the bowl of a tablespoon...both sides... should a good diaphram be basically flat?
