fuel pump output

does any body know if the book calls out for 2.5 lbs of pressure at idle and I have 1.5 lbs on a 1983 200 looper if that would cause the engine to bog at high rpm`s .Thanks mike

i think dirty carbs would cause this problem, also rebuild the fuel pump.

check for vacuum also

Unless there is a fuel restriction or air leak, one of your two fuel pumps is not functioning properly.
