Ok guys I hope someone can help me out? Just bought this boat ran it on the lake for 20 min and it quit! got it home and went through the 3 main things. Has good spark, compression and WAS getting gas to the carb! Well the gas that was in it was full of crap so I cleaned the whole system out of the old gas cleaned and rebuilt carb, found the float had gas in it. Ok so i even pulled the fuel pump off and cleaned it. Its all back together now and I can not get the pump to feed the carb gas now! Is there a trick to this? Do I have to prime the pump? Please HELP me I want to get this boat on the lake.

Thanks, Deck hand

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... I would Guess you have 1 of 2 problems,....

Either the Tank isn't givin' up the fuel, to the fuel pump,...
Or,... Ya put the check valves in the pump, in backwards...

Dirt in the pick up tube screen in the tank, cloggeed vent.
