Definately stick with the OEM, but understand that when you add a water seperator your are adding a restriction in the fuel line. It is important that you verify the restriction of the entire fuel system before but more importantly after installation. No more than 4" of mercury. This can be done by a shop statically or you could spend $ (but at the price you could pay for about 2/3 of a shop labor rate) and buy an electric fuel pump of 6-10 psi to simulate the low pressure fuel pumps at WOT.
