fuel spill

today i try to start this tanaka and i noticed fuel spilling from the overfloat i shut the fuel valve and after some attempts the motor run fine but still when i open the fuel valve fuel spills again,any help please how i can set the carb,

Sounds like the carb float is not floating and seating/closing the needle valve underneath the float. Pull and clean the carb, inspect the float...it may be saturated. If so, remove the float, let it dry for a couple of days and then recoat it with spray shellac (if it is cork). If it's not cork it may have a hole in it...need to be replaced. If you're lucky, the carb is just dirty in the float/needle valve area and a cleaning will fix it.

Doubt its the float...more like the needle seat has crap in it, or needs a new needle and seat..
