Fuel spraying from my VRO (115 V4)

I have a 1994 115 V4 which started sputtering on me last weekend. I pulled the cowling and noticed fuel spurting from one of the seams at the base of the plastic housing on my vro pump. The oil delivery system is disconnected and I am pre-mixing. Can I replace my VRO with a regular fuel pump? If so, does anyone have a part number of one that will be compatible? If not, does anyone have a part number for the VRO?

Thanks,
Pat

Your model number might help.

I think the OEM pump is rather pricey, around $350-400.
Sierra probably makes a fuel only pump for less than $100.

Yeah, I've been quoted $369 which is what I'm trying to avoid. Can I just buy a non VRO pump from an older model with similar horsepower and use that?

OMC used a conventional lift pump on some 1994 112HP motors - part number is 0433387 with 0438556 listed as equivalent. Be careful to be sure that there is little fuel restriction on the supply lines because the conventional pumps are not as powerful as the VRO/OMS pumps.
