I have a 120 gal. fuel tank (gas) which was half full when the took her out of the water for the winter. Thinking it was filled by the marina like I asked them to do, but didnt, i used a whole bottle of fuel stablizer thinking the tank was full. No harm done right?

Well how much did you add to the 60 gallons, and what did it say on the bottle of stabilizer ?

You probably didn't hurt a thing, unless you didn't run the engine(s) on the stabilized fuel.

IF.... it was Seafoam, no harm done. If Stabil, then add more gas while it's cheap. Now that the elections are over, it only gets higher.o:)o:)

Bottle of Stabil treats 80 gallons......I've dumped WAY too much accidentally in a lawn mower one time...ZERO problem. Just fill it up in the spring.....

Directions on Stabil even say that if you are going to store it for an extended time to add more. You did in therory the same thing... No problem...
