fuel tank...what sort?

hi i need to buy a new fuel tank. I used to have a 1gallon metal tank which now is begining to rust slightly and i have seen a few plastic ones about but never taken much notice of how much they cost so basically which is better and cheaper any ideas or thoughts appreciated<br /><br />thanx

I would get one of those 3 gallon plastic boat tanks,Merc. It will hold enough fuel to keep you going all day and then some.

I agree. Go with the plastic....won't rust or corrode and they're cheap.

I agree with 12 footer. Go with the 3 gallon plastic most have a fuel gauge float and they generally cost about $20.00 at a boating supply store.
