fuel vent

I need to replace my fuel vent on my 1993 Four Winns 210 Horizon. How do I remove my old vent, this is keeping me on dry land. I have a new vent even though it does appear to be a smidge larger. Thanks for any help.PS I am to large(big) to lay back there, is it supposed to unscrew?

Thank you. I need to clarify. The base is still on the boat,thats what I need off. The parts that could unscrew did unscrew but what about the base of the unit?
