Fuel/Water Separator

I just got myself a fuel water separator and I'm installing it this weekend. My big question (being there isn't much instructions) do I put the filter before or after the primer ball?

I put mine after the filter, so I do not possibly plug up my Primer bulb. It works fine like this.

I agree, I always put the filter in and the primer bulb after.
