Well I got thiis 19 cuddy, glasstream with merc3L aplhpa out drive and invisioned all this fun, now thanks to yall here at Iboats I ve found bad stringer, ripped out floor and found more rot and have lately discovered will need to remove motor to repair stringer support for same, (transoms probably bad too, I know) I appreciate all the info yall have provided so far, and Im sure this has been covered but I cant find it Is the Merc manual worth the extra money? Im new to boats but I am mechanically inclined. Thanks yall.

yes, and yes, they manuals are worth the money, post the engine and outdrive info in the i/o forum, Dons will tell you which manual you need for yur particular set up. engine and outdrive id numbers.

ok thanks tash, will also try to get some pics up, but im a lttle illiterate when it comes to taking them out of the camera and puttin em in the pc
