WOW, that is a great deal. $1 for a wood boat and the thing is the boat looks like is in OK shape, Been out of the water for 25 years but a good soak would fix that. That ad does not belong here it should go to the restoration form with it's new owner.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!! you are DREAMING is my guess..... there are a LOT of craigslist ads that have $1 in the heading...and many times they list the price at the end... and it is NOT $1!! ha ha ha.

maybe its a eye catching ploy...who knows.....I bet if you contacted the guy, youd find it is NOT $1

ya, I guess so. If it's to good a deal most likely its not. Along those line I saw a ad for a 69 Shelby mustang for $3500. It was discounted due to the age, a burn on the drivers seat and Carroll Shelby had signed the dash.

That, and the seller wanted you to send the money overseas to his poor starving child before you get to see the car.

I think its greed, they ask for a deposit to hold the car. You as the buyer gets so excited at the fact of owning a classic car and jump head first and gladly pay the deposit. The problem is there is 50 other people who think they are purchasing a classic and buy it just by the picture in the ad....
