If that is in "Excellent" condition, then I would very much like to see what the seller would call fair or poor... a pile of termite infested firewood with trees growing in it?

Please pay me $2500 to haul away my junk.

My boat is in new condition (because it is new, lol), makes me wonder what he thinks it would be worth,,, Hmmm maybe I should call, could make some money here.

I looked at a boat once that was advertised as clean and ready to run, just add water. It was a cobalt with a 5.7. When I looked at it almost everything had to be fixed or replaced. No way was it ready to splash. I told the seller he should be more forth right with his ad, he wasted my time and his. I had to drive an hour there and an hour back. The seller had to come in from his cottage. A complete waist of time. Some boaters are looking for a project and some just want to go boating.
