Zero problems out on the water yesterday. Radio even played thru restarts.

I'm considering replacing the el-cheapo fuse block with a better one. What's the opinion on covered/uncovered? Does covered invite trouble by trapping moisture?
This boat doesn't sit on a trailer--it stays in the water and I leave it uncovered.
Replaced both my distribution panels with Blue Seas ST units

So far so good. Tend years of saltwater service. Dielectric grease is your friend

Update.
Two weeks and not a single hiccup from this Fusion radio. I'm now 100% sure my initial problems were related to fuseblock problems. Light chalky corrosion on some of the fuses & sockets. Not bad like the obvious green corrosion but it was enough to cause intermittent problems with this radio & my tach.
I replaced the fuseblock with one identical to what Dingbat suggested earlier. It uses stainless screws rather than plated copper push-on connectors.
