My motor cover seal apparently is unavailable new and difficult to find used in good condition (1980 Evinrude 70HP). I was walking thru one of the large home improvement stores for an answer, GOT IT! Window weather seal, Cut to size, small v-cut for corners, light bead of marine silicone, and stapled it it on. Weatherproof and fit perfectly. Hope this helps.
