Gaffrig in dash depth sounder

Can anyone tell me how to program a gaffrig digital depth sounder? I've searched high and low and can't seem to locate anything.

Somehow a button got pushed and now the alarm goes off here and there and it's makes my heart stop beating as an alarm at 50-75mph is NOT what you want to hear.

I'm bumping this up hoping someone can provide me with instructions. A tech guy at Gaffrig said he would send me instructions but hasn't and it's been weeks.
