Game Fisher 15HP 1989 Shaft Extension

Hi All

I have just bought a 22ft sailboat and it needs a long shaft outboard. I own a Sears Game Fisher 15HP 1989 motor and I was wondering if you can get the parts to extend this to 20" shaft. Any suggestions would be appreaciated

Usually that old it's not gonna be easy to find parts.
You might get lucky and find a long shaft motor.
The individual parts like the spacer and longer shaft and then the shift linkage???
Gonna be tough!
All the parts are listed as NLA.
