The Tecumseh 643-29 without an alphabetical suffix was used only on the Gamefisher 5hp from 1980, model 217.585471.
With and A or B suffix, the year could be 1981 or 1982-3.

Not much difference between those models. You can use the model number I gave you to look up exploded view diagrams and parts lists at
www.searspartsdirect.com.
You can probably find a service manual for your Eska-based outboard on ebay. There's a guy there who sells Eska parts and you can just search for Eska Outboard Parts to find him.
Some parts are also available on that Sears site. Others are available from
www.certifiedpartscorp.com. You have to call their phone number and talk to someone, with your model number in hand.
There should be a tag on your outboard, near the transom clamp area with the Sears model number, which will start with 217. See if you can find that.
