gamefisher 15 hp

Is there any way to add a tale tail to a 1996 gamfisher 15 hp . The outflow is thru the thermostat on the center back of the motor and very inconvenient to see if water is flowing ..... stupid design .. thanks

Asked and answered .. drilling a small hole in the thermostat housing laterally to accommodate a small piece of rigid plastic hose , then adding a vacuum hose fitting stepping down in diameter to up the pressure produces a fine stream of water that can be seen at a glance without having to crawl out the back of the boat to view.. I don't understand why chrysler of force, or whoever built the thing, would design something so important so crappy. I will try to post pictures for any one interested if I can figure out how.

I'd be interested in some pics of the tell tale mod for the small Force outboards,,, or a link to the thread where you found the info. I have a 7.5HP Gamefisher/Force and am looking to do the same.
