That stuff is really durable. I have that same type of flooring in a guard shack which is the main entrance to a distribution center. 1200 people walk on that every day and it really holds up. Since its glued down preparation is key. I think it would make a good floor for a fishing boat. With the various temperature swings, daily moppings, sidewalk de-icers, and rain, our floors still look good.....I'm pretty sure it comes in several colors. There can't be any flex in the floor you lay this on. I have only seen it installed on concrete. Good luck.

I like DuraGrid...
http://www.duragrid.com/
Easy to install, Easy to clean, Easy to cut to shape of deck. No slipping and sliding. Allows water to flow to the bilge.
Most boats can be tiled with Duragrid for less than $150
