I've got a 40 horse tohatsu outboard (m40d). One of the oil lines out from the filter I just replaced, and don't see much of any oil travel in it, not sure if its bothersome considering the old line turned black, but now that i can see it, it bothers me. I'm wondering what the oil mix ratio will be, and what it will entail removing the oil reservoir?
